After weeks of contract negotiations, we are excited to announce that FRANK WONG’S CHINATOWN has officially received ITVS Open Call funding/licensing for public television!! A highly competitive process, this is an incredible honor for us as we believe a public television broadcast is the best fit for our film. We are beyond thrilled as this also allows us to stay on schedule and complete production in a few weeks and move the project into post in early April! The film will be completed in time for an early 2016 festival launch but in the meantime, we’ll keep our happenings posted here. THANK YOU THANK YOU ITVS!
The Independent Television Service (ITVS) funds, presents, and promotes award-winning documentaries and dramas on public television, innovative new media projects on the web, and the Emmy® Award-winning weekly series Independent Lens on Monday nights at 10 PM on PBS.
